Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: On or about February 20, 2008, and at times prior thereto, at the establishment located at 428 South "U" Street, Fort Smith, Arkansas, employees used the top step of a 4 foot metal step-ladder to stand and adjust the robots, exposing the employee to a fall from elevation. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is (a) provide a taller ladder so employees can reach the robot without standing on the top step, (b) ensure that employees do not stand on top step of ladder as required by ANSI A14.2- 1972,Section A3.18, Climbing and Working Locations."Never stand on the ladder top-cap".."Never
