erecting fell
backwards, striking and injuring one employee.

Among others, one feasible and acceptable means of abatement would be to:
1)  Use wall jack type devices in order to lift the wall.
2)  Employees could use ropes to assist in the erection of the wall.
3)  Employees could attach the base of the wall to prevent it from
kicking/slipping out as the
wall is raised.
