Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a)At the Canena Marquez Stadium - It was observed that the metal sheets
were not
tight firmely to the ceiling.  The employees walking under the metal
sheets to get
access to their working areas and were exposed that the metal sheets fell
over.
Hazard:  injuries caused by a fall of the metal sheet.
Among others methods, one feasible and acceptable method are fixed the
ceiling.
a)En el Estadio Canena Marquez - Se observo que las planchas de zinc  no
estaban
firmemente sujetadas al techo.  Los empleados pasaban por debajo de  las
planchas de zinc para entrar a sus areas de trabajo expuestos a que las
mismas
cayeran sobre ellos.
Riesgo:  lesiones causadas por el desprendimiento de las planchas de zinc.
Entre otros metodos de correccion un metodo factible y aceptable es
corregir el
area del techo."r
