employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that

that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a)At the Lunch Room of the Juan Lino Santiago Elementary School - Were
observed presence of water filtration through the ceiling.  The employees
were
observed performing food preparation.
Hazard:  falls.
Among other correction method one feasible and acceptable method is repair
the
ceiling.
a)En el comedor de la Escuela Elemental Juan Lino Santiago - Donde se
observo
presencia de filtraciones de agua a traves del techo.  Los empleados fueron
observados preparando alimentos.
Riesgo:  caidas.

installation of atmospheric discharge system.

a structure study by a certified engineer.

grietas
en las paredes y techo, las cuales ponian en duda la estabilidad de la
estructura.
El patrono no habia realizado un estudio de la estructura por un Ingeniero
certificado que evaluara el area.  Los empleados fueron observados
realizando sus
trabajos para la preparacion de alimentos.
Riesgo:  fallas de la estructura.
