Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: a)At the project located at University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez Campus- Luis de Celis building, the employer of the Company HS Mechanical Group did not provide training to each employee, related to the written protocol for the handling of domestic violence in the workplace which is required by the Act for the Implementation of a Protocol to Handle Domestic Violence Situations in the Workplace or Place of Employment, Act No. 217 of September 29, 2006. Hazard: Fatalities, injuries, and illnesses related to domestic violence in the workplace. One feasible and acceptable abatement method to abate the hazard: Employers shall provide training to all the establishments employees related to its written protocol for the handling of domestic violence in the workplace. a)En el proyecto localizado en la Universidad de Puerto Rico Recinto de Mayaguez edificio Luis de Celis, el patrono de la compania HS Mechanical Group no proveyo adiestramiento a cada uno de sus empleados, relacionado al protocolo escrito para el manejo de violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo que es requerido por la Ley para la Implantacion de un Protocolo para Manejar Situaciones de Violencia Domestica en Lugares de Trabajo o Empleo, Ley Num. 217 del 29 de septiembre de 2006. Riesgo: Victimas mortales, lesiones y enfermedades relacionadas con la violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo. Un metodo factible para corregir este riesgo es que el patrono debera proporcionar adiestramiento a todos los empleados del la compania del protocolo escrito para el manejo de la violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo."
