due to was broken. The employee was observed performing office tasks.

this hazard is the use of good conditions cabinets file.

a)At the water fountain  area, it was observed one employee performing
office tasks
and the illumination in the area was of 0.1 footcandles.  Th employee was
exposed to tripping and falls
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct
this hazard is: follow the ANSI/IESNA RP-7-01 that establish that the
lighting
quantity to perform this type of work have to be at least 20 footcandles.

tareas
de oficina y La iluminacion en el area era de 0.1 pies por bujias. El
empleado fue
expuesto a tropezones y caidas
