Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a.At the Administration building of the Dr. Pedro Perea Fajardo Vocational
School,
the air conditioner system was damaged, the employee perform clerical tasks
where the obtained temperature were between 85.8 to 87.4 F. The recommended
temperature by ASHRAE is 68 - 76F.
Hazard: Health problems
One feasible and acceptable methods to correct this hazard is repair the
air
conditioner system.
a.En el edificio de Administracion de la Escuela Vocacional Dr. Pedro Perea
Fajardo, el sistema de acondicionador de aire estaba danado, el empleado
realizaba sus tareas de oficina, donde las temperaturas obtenidas estaban
entre
85.8 a 87.4 grados F. La temperaturas recomendadas por ASHRAE debe ser de
68 - 76 grados F.
Riesgo: Problemas de salud
Entre otros metodos de correccion un metodo factible y aceptable es
reparar el
sistema de acondicionador de aire.icionador
