At the cotton gin, the rotating chuck belonging to a Buffalo Machine Tool
Drill Press, m/n
BDM-5855, was unguarded.
One method of abatement to correct this apparent hazard is to fully
enclose the rotating
chuck with a clear, plastic guard as required by ANSI B11.8-1974,
paragraph 5.3.
