29 CFR 1960.8(a): The head of the agency did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to explosions and fire hazards: In that in the woodshop, the dust collection system was not operational, allowing an accumulation of dust on motors, electrical equipment and other surfaces.
