Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that: On or about October 26, 2007, employees were exposed to crushing injuries in an unexpected roll over of the Lull Model 644TT Highlander 2 and Model 944 Rough Terrain fork lifts while moving a 56 foot bridge of a Hydro-Mobile hydraulic scaffold and not utilizing the seatbelts. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method for correcting the hazard would be to require employees to follow the manufacturer's recommendations for operating the Lull Models 644TT and 944 as specified in the manual from JLG Industries, Inc. and also the requirements of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Safety Standard B56.6- 2002 for Rough Terrain Forklift Trucks.t
