under Chapter 15 of Title 41, Code of Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, as follows: A. Employer knew or should have known that employee operating Donkey forklift, Number D12, without seat belt worn was exposed to the hazard of being thrown from forklift. A feasible and useful method, among other methods, to correct this hazard, is to ensure employee operating forklift wears seat belt.
