wood sheeting, elevated in excess of 20 feet high by a Skytrak forklift,
were exposed to the
hazard of falling up to and in excess of 20 feet at the Cloister at the
Ocean job site.  A
feasible and useful means, among others, to correct this hazard is to
prohibit employees from
standing on materials elevated on forks of forklift.
