A.  Employer knew or should have known that the operator not wearing a
seat belt on a
Wacker roller, Model SME-33, at the Jedburg Dialysis Center, was exposed
to the hazard of
being thrown from the roller.  A feasible and useful method to correct
this hazard is to
ensure operator wears seat belt while driving roller.
