audible alarm to alert employees that the "Tripper" was about to start-up.
b) The employer did not ensure that emergency stopping devices ont the
conveyor belts were
easily accessible and did not require an employee to enter a potentially
hazardous location.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard
would be to:
a)Install an audible alarm that is capable of being heard over the
surrounding noise
b)Mount the emergency pull cable on the outside of the "Tripper".
