method to correct this hazard is to ensure that the forklift is equipped
with the
appropriate restraint device, system, or enclosure as required by section
7.41 of
ITSDF B56.1-2005 and train or retrain all fork lift operators on the
hazards and
requirements to use seat belts at all times.
