shear, had a foot operated tripping control that was not protected by a
guard,
on or about March 9, 2010.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is to install a guard on the foot pedal so as to prevent operation
from falling or
moving objects, or from unintended operation by accidental stepping onto
the foot
control.
