(b)Road In Front of the Office Trailer: The operator of the JCB rubber
tired back hoe did not
utilize the seat belt as determined on 6-7-10.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct these hazard is
to ensure all earth moving equipment has an operable seat belt and to
train employees and
effectively enforce the use of seatbelts.
