operating the rubber tired back hoe without wearing seat belts:
(a)Metal Building Under Construction: The operator of the CASE 580 E
rubber tired back hoe
could not utilize the seat belt since it was not operable as determined on
3-10-10.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct these hazard is
to ensure all earth moving equipment has an operable seat belt and to
train employees and
effectively enforce the use of seat belts.
