were not provided on the fork trucks:
Production Areas:  Seat belt restraint systems were no installed on the
Caterpillar # 495R and
Hyster S-100 forklifts.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct the
hazard is to:
Install a seat belt retro fit kit and require that a seat belt be worn
when the trucks are operated.
