1.  The seat belts on the Yale forklift serial N518681 were not in working
condition.
2.  The Yale forklift serial 397452 was not provided with seat belts.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to:
Install a seat belt retro-fit package and forklift 397452 and
repair/replace the seat belts on
forklift N518681 and enforce the use of the seat belts each and every time
the trucks are
operated.
