without wearing the seatbelt provided.
Feasible and acceptable methods to correct the hazard include:  Providing
seatbelt extensions for
those employees who need them, to allow the seatbelt to be worn
comfortably; training
employees regarding the importance of wearing the seatbelts provided; and
enforcing the
company policy that seatbelts must be used each and every time the truck
is used.
