wash
station was blocked by pallets, bins, and metal wire and the fluid in the
gravity eyewash station has not been replaced since it was installed on
July 25, 2005.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to install and maintain an eye wah that meet ANSI Z3858.1-2004 standard
requirements.
