struck by vehicular traffic due to the
employer's failure to place traffic control signs along the north and
south bound lanes of Allen Street.
Employee(s) were operating a Genie Boom 4 X 4, TB6510, Aerial Lift, and
blocking the northbound lane.
One method of abatement to correct this apparent hazard is to post
suitable traffic control signs as required by
Part VI, Section 6C.03, of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices,
Millennium Edition, December
2000.
