Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to an obstructed and impeded means of egress: a) Forest County, Tionesta Township, Seneca Timberland 3H Well/Back Row of Trailers - On or about May 4, 2010, the exit discharge from the trailers was obstructed by temporary septic equipment. ABATEMENT NOTE: Among other methods, feasible and acceptable means to correct the condition include relocating the equipment to provide a clear and unobstructed path way away from the trailers.ted
