Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: pinch point and struck-by hazards. a) Old Turnpike Road and Punch Bowl., Morris Township, NJ 07960 Employee riding bucket on skid-steer was exposed to serious physical harm. Violation disclosed on or about 04/11/08. Feasible and Acceptable Abatement Methods, Among Others, To Correct The Hazard Are To: 1) Provide proper hazard recognition training on motorized equipment including but not limited to skid-steer.
