ABATEMENT NOTES:AMONG OTHERS METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND
ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHOD TO CORRECT HAZARD IS TO: Instruct
employees to never be lifted on the forks of a forklift.  Instruct
employees to use an
approved platform securely attached to the forks of the forklift.  Ensure
that employees
exposed to fall hazards are protected from falling by use of guardrail
system or fall
protection system.
