hazards
when a sizzor lift rolled down a ramp, pinning him against a backhoe while
he was
attempting to move the lift off a flatbed. Emergency procedures such as
chocking were
not followed.
Violation occurred on or about 7/6/09.
ABATEMENT NOTE:AMONG OTHER MEANS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE
METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD WOULD BE FOR THE COMPANY TO follow
JLG's sizzor lift emergency procedures to include chocking wheels securely.
