North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and
Health Act of North Carolina:
The employer did not furnish each of his employees conditions of
employment and a place of employment free
from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or
serious physical harm to employees in
that employees were exposed to Contract with electricity:
a)facility, deli area -  where employees were using a sink within 3 feet
of a 120 Volt AC single
phase duplex receptacle  on a 20 amp. breaker mounted on the wall above
the sink and was not
provided with a Ground Fault Protection.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to
install Ground Fault Protection in all outlets that are in areas
considered wet locations such as
the kitchen area.
