Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that, employees were exposed to electrical hazards: On or about June 12, 2008 and at time prior, at the work site located at the Nomac Drilling Rig No. 47, Larry Legend 1-H, Fort Worth, Texas: Employer did not ensure that all trailers including but not limited to the Tool Pusher's Trailer were grounded. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means to abate this hazard is to ensure all equipment is properly grounded in accordance with RP 54, Section 6.1.16.
