Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employmnent and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that, employees were exposed to electrical hazards: On or about July 16, 2008 and at time prior, at the work site located at the CCA Unit #2H, Rig #74, County Road 213, Venus, Texas:Employer did not ensure that all trailers including but not limited to the Dog House Trailer were grounded. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means to abate this hazard is to ensure all equipment is properly grounded in accordance with RP 54, Section 6.1.16.
