Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that, employees were exposed to electrical hazards: On or about November 5, 2008 at the work site located at the DL Smith Well # 1, 11066 Highway 287, Rhome, Texas: Employer did not ensure that all trailers including but not limited to the Dog House were grounded. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means to abate this hazard is to ensure all equipment is properly grounded in accordance with RP 54, Section 6.1.16.
