Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to all from height(s): a.On or about 4/17/08 and at times prior; site; at the binder tank; Employee(s) were lifted on an un approved platform (pallet) attached to the forks of an industrial truck, exposing employees to falls. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to install an approved platform with the use of fall protection, from which the employee can work.yee
