On or about 07/02/2008, at 1914 West Atlantic Blvd., in Pompano Beach,
Florida, the locking
mechanism to an orange Ballymore personnel platform swing gate did not
close with ease.
Among other methods of abatement, one feasible and acceptable method to
correct these hazards
is to ensure compliance with the manufacturer's recommended practices for
securing the
platform and ensuring that the locking mechanism is in proper working
condition.
PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS
VIOLATION.
