On or about 07/24/08, the horn and the yellow caution lights of the New
Holland LS 180 Skid
Steer were not working.  The seat cushion was also missing.
Among other methods of abatement, one feasible and acceptable method to
correct this hazard
is to follow the instructions in the Operator's Manual on page 11
regarding the safety features
of the equipment.
