SCRR 71-112A: Failed to furnish a place of employment which is free of recognized hazards which may cause death or serious physical harm to his employees and comply with this regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations promulgated under Chapter 15 of Title 41, Code of Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, as follows: A. Employer knew or should have known that 12 inch high threaded galvanized steel bars protruding from concrete constituted a hazard of employees being impaled on steel bars. A feasible and useful method, among others, to correct t his hazard is to ensure that the 2, twelve inch high, threaded galvanized steel bars are protected or covered in the front entry area of the Woodland Heights Elementary job site.

SCRR 71-112A: Failed to furnish a place of employment which is free of recognized hazards which may cause death or serious physical harm to his employees and comply with this regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations promulgated under Chapter 15 of Title 41, Code of Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, as follows: A. Employer knew or should have known that employee operating a Bobcat mini excavator, Model Number 331, with no seat belt worn constituted a hazard of employee being thrown from mini excavator. A feasible and useful method, among others, to correct this hazard is to ensure employee wears seat belt while operating mini excavator in the rear of the gym of the Woodland Heights Elementary School job site.
