without the swing radius barricaded constituted a hazard of employees
being struck by the
rotating superstructure.  A feasible and useful method, among others, to
correct this hazard
is to install a barricade around swing radius.

is to insure
employees wear the seatbelt when operating the excavator.
B.  Employer knew or should have known that employee operating an
Ingersoll-Rand
roller/compactor, Model SD105-DX, equipped with a rollover protection
system, without
wearing the seatbelt was exposed to the hazard of being thrown from the
roller/compactor at
the future Waffle House jobsite.  A feasible and useful method, among
others, to correct this
hazard is to ensure employees wear the seatbelt when operating the
roller/compactor.
