SCRR 71-112A: Failed to furnish a place of employment which is free of recognized hazards which may cause death or serious physical harm to his employees and comply with this regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations promulgated under Chapter 15 of Title 41, Code of Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, as follows: A. Employer knew or should have known that employee operating Genie forklift, Model GTH-644, without seat belt worn constituted a hazard of employee being thrown from forklift at the Brightwater Community job site. A feasible and useful method to correct this hazard, among other methods, is to ensure that employee wear seat belt while operating forklift.

SCRR 71-112A: Failed to furnish a place of employment which is free of recognized hazards which may cause death or serious physical harm to his employees and comply with this regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations promulgated under Chapter 15 of Title 41, Code of Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, as follows: A. Employer knew or should have known that John Deere loader, Model CT 322, without operable back-up alarm exposed employees to the hazard of being struck by the loader when operated in reverse gear at the Brightwater Retirement Community job site. A feasible and useful method to correct this hazard, among other methods, is to ensure back-up alarm is operating when loader is operated in reverse gear.
