recognized hazards
which may cause death or serious physical harm to his employees and comply

this
regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations
promulgated under
Chapter 15 of Title 41, Code of Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as

A.  Employer knew or should have known that unguarded reinforcing steel
welded to angle
iron and protruding in excess of 10 inches high constituted a hazard of
impalement at the
Sumter County Sports Complex job site.  A feasible and useful method,
among others, to
correct this hazard is to install reinforced caps on reinforcing steel.
