protruding in excess of 15 inches high from the ground, constituted an
impalement hazard at
the Building A/Building B connector at the Mt. Pleasant Academy job site.
A feasible and
useful method, among others, to correct this hazard is to ensure the
reinforcing steel is
guarded.
