which may cause death or serious physical harm to his employees and comply

regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations
promulgated

A.  Employer knew or should have known that no top chord lateral bracing,
no bottom chord
lateral bracing, and no web member diagonal bracing for wood trusses at
addition area,
constituted a hazard of  employees being struck by buckling or collapse of
trusses.  A
feasible method among others, to correct this hazard, is to correctly
brace trusses in
accordance with Building Component Safety Information (BCSI) guide for
handling,
installing, and bracing of metal plate connected wood trusses.
