evacuation of liquid
propane from a stationary 1000-gallon water capacity tank:
a.On or about May 20, 2008 at 282 Sharpley Rd- Danville, the propane liquid
withdrawal method utilized a tank to tank transfer process.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to abate this
hazard is to assure
that the tank used to receive the liquid from the stationary tank being
evacuated is a bobtail
cargo tank.
