estaban expuestos
a:
Employee exposed to tripping and falling hazards due to the condition of
the wooden floor in
the trailer, that was used for warehouse in the Resinecial Catanito
Gardens remodelation Project.
During inspection two instances of floor holes in the trailer wood floor
were observed on the
area where the employee had to walk and work to perform his duties.  The
employee was in
charge of delivering and receiving equipments and materials for
construction proyect.
a. Floor hole with dimensions: 3 1/2 inches wide by 6 1/2 inches long.
b. Floor hole with dimensions: 2 1/2 inches wide by 5 inches long.
Among other methos, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to cover the
holes in the floor.
Empleado expuesto a riesgos de tropezones y caidas debido a las
condiciones del piso de madera
del vagon, que era usado como almacen en el Poyecto de remodelacion del
Residencial Catanito
Gardens.  Durante la inspeccion se observaron dos instancias de huecos en
el piso de madra del
vagon donde  el empleado tenia que caminar y trabajar para realizar sus
tareas.  El empleado
estaba a cargo de entregar y recibir equipos y materiales del proyecto de
construccion.
a. Hueco en el piso con dimensiones: 3 1/2 pulgadas de ancho por 6 1/2
pulgadas de largo.
b. Hueco en el piso con dimensiones: 2 1/2 pulgadas de ancho por 6 1/2
pulgadas de largo.
Entre otros metodos, uno factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es
cubrir los huecos del
piso.
