Risk: Slides and falls. En el comedor escolar de la escuela elemental Roberto Alberti Torres, localizada en Carolina Puerto Rico, donde los empleados realizan sus tareas en la preparacion y confeccion de alimentos, se obserbo una maquina removedora de grasa marca Thermaco, modelo W-250- AST, numero de serie 250-AST.8056VG-1. El patrono no proveyo a esta maquina un mantenimiento adecuado creando desbordamiento de agua conteniendo grasa en las areas por donde caminan los empleados para realizar sus tareas. Entre otros metodos, uno aceptable para corregir este riesgo es establecer un programa de limpieza para proveer condiciones higienicas a los empleados. Riesgo: Resbalones y caidas.
