structure.
Observed on or about 01/05/09.
One feasible and acceptable abatement method is to develop and implement a
complete top-rail/other structure that conforms to the requirement of ANSI
A92.2-1969, Section 4 Paragraph 4.5
NOTE:  THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT
CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN
AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
