1) Construct the platform in accordance with ANSI/ITSDF B56.1 section
7.37.1 thru
7.37.3 which states:
a) that the platform must have guardrails and midrails on each side and
b) personnel platform has to be secured to the forklift.
OR
2) Perform the task from a ladder.
