The employer failed to furnish employment and a place of employment free
from recognized
hazards, as follows:
a.Located near the mechanical area on the roof of building "B" of the
Hebrew
Academy Project.  An employee was laying roofing materials, after applying
bonding adhesive, the adhesive burst into flames.  The employee was caught
in
the flames of the burning adhesive resulting in his hospitalization with
burns on
both hands and his right leg.
