or serious physical harm to employees in that:
The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from unsafe
conditions as follows:
a.At 2055 Dude Road (Highway 168), Moapa, NV, at the corn flake processing
area, the employer, on a weekly basis, lifted their employee in the bucket
of a
Caterpillar model #962G front end loader to perform the greasing of the
corn mill
augers. The employer did not obtain permission from the manufacturer to
use the
front end loader bucket to elevate personnel.

prohibited".
One feasible means of abatement would be the use of an aerial lift to
perform the weekly
overhead auger maintenance.
