employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm,
including severe burns,
to employees in that employees were exposed to dust explosion,
deflagration, or other fire
hazards from a dust collector being located inside a building, and by
failure to provide
proper safeguards for a second dust collector located outside of the
building with exhaust air
recycled back to the building:
a) Coral Dust Collector at Wide Belt Sander: Employees working in the area
were not protected from a potential dust explosion hazard as the dust

having exhaust air recycled back into the building, on or about November
19,
2008.
ABATEMENT NOTE:
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard
is to comply with NFPA 664, 8.2.2.6.1 (1) or (2).
