Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to THE HAZARD OF BEING STRUCK-BY: Various objects should the operator be involved in an accident. a)Assumption Cemetery, Section 29, on or about 08/19/08: Two employees were riding a Honda 350 ATC which was designed for only one rider. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to: Ensure only one employee rides on the vehicle at any time in accordance with the Honda ATC350X owners manual, dated 1984.
