Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to

hazard is to provide Blow Of Prevention that will allow for well control
to be
maintained at all times as per API RP54, Recommended Practice for
Occupational
Safety for Oil and Gas Well Drilling and Servicing Operations, section 6.1.
